QATAR MOTOGP

08 - 10 MARCH

The Grand Prix of Qatar takes place at the Losail International Circuit.

The Main Straight at the Losail International Circuit is the longest straight of any other circuit of the MotoGP Championship. Riders can reach up to 350 km/h before diving into turn 1.

ARGENTINA MOTOGP

29 - 31 APRIL

Termas de Río Hondo Circuit was initially built in 2007, however was completely re-designed for its first MotoGP race in 2014. It consists of 14 turns; 6 left corners and 8 right corners with a long backstraight covering 1.3km.

The eclectic mix of track features means no one bike will suit the circuit perfectly,

AMERICAS MOTOGP

12 -14 APRIL 

Grand Prix racing in the US has a long history at legendary tracks such as Daytona, Laguna Seca and Indianapolis. In 2013, the impressive new Hermann Tilke-designed 5.513km 'Circuit of The Americas' in Austin, Texas. joined the MotoGP with its cutting edge facilities and a capacity for 120,000 fans.

SPANISH MOTOGP

03 - 05 MAY

The Circuito de Jerez is well known to the MotoGP riders – it's been home to the Spanish Grand Prix since 1987 and hosts pre-season Moto2 and Moto3 testing.

FRENCH MOTOGP

17 - 19 MAY

The French city and circuit of Le Mans are synonymous with motorsport - having hosted two and four wheel races and endurance events for many years.

The modern circuit has been a permanent fixture on the MotoGP™ calendar since 2000. 

ITALIAN MOTOGP

31 - 02 JUNE 

The first time that Mugello hosted a Grand Prix event was in the year 1976 and became a permanent MotoGP™ venue from 1991 onwards.

Italy’s love affair with bike racing is long and enduring. Manufacturers such as Mondial, Moto Guzzi, Gilera, MV Agusta, Morbidelli, Garelli, Cagiva and now Aprilia and Ducati 

CATALUNYA MOTOGP

14 - 16  JUNE

The Barcelona-Catalunya circuit has hosted a Grand Prix every year since it was first included on the MotoGP™ calendar in 1992 and the annual visit to this venue is enjoyed by riders and fans alike, with a superb track producing great racing just 25km to the north of Barcelona, one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

NETHERLANDS  MOTOGP

28 - 30 JUNE

The TT Circuit Assen originally dates back to 1925, when it was first used for the Dutch Tourist Trophy. By 1955, a new course was built in just four months, linking sections of existing local roads to form a more compact course and is popularly referred to as "The Cathedral" of motorcycling by MotoGP fans

GERMAN MOTOGP

05 - 07 JULY 

The Sachsenring circuit is a demanding one as there are numerous uphill and downhill stretches with a gradient of up to twelve percent.

 

The circuit was originally a street circuit however it was modified to the present day circuit in 1996.

CESKE MOTOGP

02 - 04 AUGUST

The Brno circuit previously known as the Masaryk circuit and was opened in 1930. It underwent many modifications and the current circuit was opened in 1987. The circuit is built within a natural bowl and therefore it offers spectators exceptional views of the circuit.

AUSTRIAN MOTOGP

09 - 11 AUGUST

Set in the stunning Styrian countryside, The Red Bull Ring brings out the party atmosphere and is quickly becoming a fan favourite.

It's long fast straights, and flowing complex of corners make this configuration of the famous track a modern classic.

BRITISH MOTOGP

23 - 25 AUGUST 

Silverstone is very flat mainly consisting of a series of long straights connected by fast, open corners. In more recent years, a number of modifications have been made to the corners around the Grand Prix circuit to add extra interest, and more overtaking and viewing points.

SAN MARINO MOTOGP

13 - 15 SEPTEMBER

The Misano circuit consists of 16 turns in total, made up of 10 right corners and 6 left. The track has been hosting events since 1972 and has been validated for every sport competition by international organisations

ARAGON MOTOGP

20 - 22 SEPTEMBER 

The Motorland circuit was built in 2009 making it one of the most recently built circuits. It consists of 17 turns; 10 left corners and 7 right corners with the longest straight measuring 0.97km. It also has a height difference of 50 metres between the highest and lowest points.

THAILAND MOTOGP

04 - 06 OCTOBER

The Chang (Buriram) International Circuit which reopened in 2014, has been proving popular across many disciplines of Motorsport as the numerous long straights creates the opportunity for riders to push the limits of their machines.

JAPANESE MOTOGP

118 -20  OCTOBER 

The Twin Ring Motegi circuit consists of 14 turns; 6 left corners and 8 right corners, with the longest straight measuring 0.762km.

 

The circuit has a series of slow corners and one of the longest straights compared to other circuits within the competition. 

AUSTRALIAN MOTOGP

25 - 27 OCTOBER

With stunning panoramic views across the ocean, The Phillip Island Circuit is one of the most attractive circuits of the season. An incredibly fast and fluid circuit, the Australian MotoGP is popular with fans worldwide. Phillip Island is steeped in Motor racing history and with the stunning views there is something for everyone.

MALAYSIAN MOTOGP

01 - 03 NOVEMBER

The Sepang International Circuit is Malaysia's 'Home of Motorsport'.

With the unpredictable weather, which can be anything between a heatwave and a monsoon, the Malaysian MotoGP is always an exciting race which can throw up some unexpected results. 

VALENCIA MOTOGP

15 - 17 NOVEMBER

This circuit has now become the favourite as the MotoGP season closer. It consists of a 650m straight and includes five right-handed corners and eight left-handed corners. Unlike most other circuits, the Ricardo Tormo circuit is set in a natural bowl and ticketholders are able to view parts of the track from any grandstand.
